Andenia is located in the Sacred Valley, located between Cusco and Machu Picchu. It is the perfect base to visit Machu Picchu as a day trip by train, as well as the many offerings in the Sacred Valley - the Salt Mines of Maras, the Incan ruins in Ollantaytambo, Pisac, and Moray, as well as a full range of adventure, from horse-back riding, to mountain biking, to trekking and stand-up paddle.

The Sacred Valley offers the advantage that it has a lower altitude than Cusco - 9,500 ft (2,900m) compared to 11,000 ft (3,400m), making it a good place to option to acclimate or as an alternative to Cusco.
