Casual yet elegant, the Restaurant focuses on local ingredients, with an offer of both Peruvian classics as well as international favorites, where flavor takes precedent.
In the morning, guests can choose an “a la carte” hot option in addition to the buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, breads and more from 7am to 10am. In the evenings, the Restaurant offers an innovative menu combining both Peruvian classics and fusion. The bar and terrace are open all day for lunch and snacks with both Peruvian and international options. The restaurant is open until 8:30pm.
